Ask the lab for tests and enter the results
Ask the practice's laboratory for tests from a visit, take and receive the sample, enter each result, and tell the doctor.

The laboratory has its own queue on Stations. Requests are recorded at the practice, so they need a connection.
Steps
To ask for tests:
- Open the visit and choose Labs.
- Choose Ask the lab for tests.
- Tick the tests on the price list, and type any other tests, separated by commas.
- Tick Urgent if it cannot wait, then choose Ask the lab.
To work a request in the laboratory:
- Choose Stations, then Lab.
- Choose Sample taken and then Sample received, or Sample received at once.
- Beside each test, choose Enter result. Type the result, its unit and the range, then save it.
To read the results, choose Mark as read on the request once you have looked at them.
What to expect
Urgent requests are listed first. A test picked from the price list is charged to the visit when it is asked for. Where the practice asks for payment before lab work, an unpaid request says Waiting for payment, and the laboratory decides what to do.
A number outside the range you give is marked Low or High. For a result in words, choose the flag yourself. When every test has its result, the doctor who asked is told.
