The connection drops. The hospital does not.
Keep using the records on each phone or computer you set up for RizCare during an outage, and see which work is still waiting to send.

The screen stays full during an outage
On a phone or computer you set up for it, RizCare works from the records on the device first, online or not. When the connection drops, the queue and the charts it holds stay on screen, and the team carries on recording.
Show the difference between saved and accepted
Each piece of work shows whether it is saved on this device, with a colleague's device nearby, or accepted into the shared record.
Reconnect and see what needs checking
When the connection returns, the work is sent. Anything that didn’t go through stays visible for your team to check, and nothing is deleted. You still need a connection to share work, and a plan for backups.
Common questions
Does offline-first mean the hospital needs no internet?
No. Devices keep working through an outage, but you still need a connection to share updates across the team.
