Each practice decides who works with its records.
A practice chooses what each colleague may do, and every action is recorded against the person who took it.
Security and access · Reviewed 2026-09-24
A practice owns its working record
Records belong to the practice that made them. Another practice cannot reach them, and there is no search across practices.
Access is a practice decision
The practice assigns positions and capabilities to colleagues. Reading, writing, signing, completing visits, taking payments and reversing payments are separate decisions.
History remains readable
A signed note is corrected by a new note with a reason, a payment is reversed with a reason, and work the practice sends back for review is kept.
