An assistant that prepares the visit for the clinician to check.
It prepares a brief when a chart opens and, when asked, a draft note from what the nurse and doctor recorded. The clinician decides what to keep, what to change and what enters the record.

A brief to read, never a note by itself
When a chart opens, the assistant prepares a short brief. Read it, refresh it or dismiss it. It never becomes part of the note.
Acceptance records the decision
When a clinician accepts a draft, it becomes an unsigned note that records what was kept and how much was changed. The reason they gave sits beside it, so the record shows the suggestion apart from the clinician’s decision.
Your edits are kept
The note shows whether it is saved, and keeps your edits when you leave the screen. If the record changes after a draft was asked for, that draft can no longer be accepted. Your edits stay, and you can ask for a new draft.
Common questions
Does the assistant diagnose or advise treatment?
No. RizCare records what the team decides and does. Clinical judgement and responsibility remain with the authorised practice team.
