Charges use the agreed service list

The practice keeps its services and prices. Each charge keeps the price agreed when it was added, so the invoice shows how the total was reached.

Partial amounts remain visible

Staff can record confirmed cash or transfer payments, including partial amounts. The outstanding balance stays visible without making the clinical consultation depend on payment.

A reversal keeps the original

A payment is reversed with a reason. The original payment stays in the history, so the practice can follow what happened later. RizCare records the money staff confirm. Card payments and HMO claims are handled outside it.

Common questions

Does RizCare process card or HMO claims?

Not through RizCare. Patients pay at the hospital by cash or transfer, and staff record each amount they confirm. HMO and insurance claims are settled outside RizCare.
