What the product covers
It covers registration, appointments and walk-in queues, patient records, consultations, signed notes, outside laboratory requests and their results, invoices, and the cash or transfer payments staff confirm. Maternity and basic admissions are optional, switched on by the practices that need them.

Hospitals don't stop seeing patients when the network drops, and RizCare doesn't either. Each phone or computer you set up for RizCare keeps its records, anything the assistant helps with can be done by hand, and you can see what has gone through.
The assistant prepares drafts from the visit on screen, and a clinician reviews each one before it enters the record. Signing a note, prescribing and sending anything remain actions a named person takes.
