Station times show where patients spend their time in the practice, so you can see whether waiting is getting shorter.
Steps
- Choose Stations on the left.
- Scroll below the queue to Time at each station.
- Choose Today, This week or This month.
What to expect
Each station lists how many stays began in the period, the longest stay and the average. A stay is the time a patient spent at one station before being sent to the next, or until the visit was completed. A stay that is still going is counted up to now.
A station nobody stopped at shows None. Visits that moved on before station times were kept are not counted.
