Assess antenatal risk and see who is being followed
Tick the risk factors on a pregnancy, choose the level, and use the antenatal list to see who needs most attention.

- Practice portal
- Who can do this
- Doctor and Midwife
Record the risk on a pregnancy so the whole team can see which patients need most attention.
Steps
- Open the patient's antenatal visit and find the pregnancy.
- Choose Assess the risk.
- Tick every factor that applies.
- Choose High risk or Low risk. The suggested level is marked, and the choice is yours.
- Choose Record the risk.
The antenatal list
Choose Antenatal list in the Care group. It shows every patient being followed, with their weeks, expected date and the factors recorded. Patients at high risk come first, then patients with no assessment, then low risk, each by the nearest expected date. Choose a patient to open their record.
What to expect
A pregnancy leaves the list when it is closed. Recording the risk again replaces the earlier answer.
