The activity trail records what people did in the practice: records created and changed, visits updated, payments made, devices set up. Use it when you need to know who did something and when.
Steps
- Choose Activity trail on the left.
- Read the list, newest first. Each row says who, what and when.
- Choose Show twenty more to read further back.
What to expect
Activity cannot be edited or removed through RizCare. The trail shows that a record was created or changed, not the clinical text or the payment amounts in it.
