Open a visit note or instruction sheet a clinician has shared with you.

After a visit, your clinician can share the visit note or an instruction sheet with you. You read it in the portal.
Steps
- On Home, under From the hospital, choose what you want to read. Or choose Visits, and choose it under the visit it belongs to.
- Choose Home at the top to go back.
What to expect
Each record says who wrote and signed it, and when it was shared with you. You see only what a clinician chose to share.
If you have a question about it, message the hospital or call. In an emergency, go to the nearest hospital.
