Update the app when it asks
What the RizCare app shows when it needs updating before you can carry on, and where to find the update.

From time to time an older version of the RizCare app stops working with your hospital. When that happens, the app asks you to update it before you carry on.
Steps
- Open the app. If it needs updating, it shows Update RizCare to keep using it instead of your hospital's page.
- Read the line under the heading. It says your saved work is still on the device.
What to expect
Until the app is updated, this screen is all it shows. The Update RizCare button is the way to the new version.
