Compare annual and monthly hospital software quotes on the same terms

Convert both quotes to the same period before comparing the headline price. Then check what the amounts buy. An annual figure and a monthly figure can describe different users, support or implementation work.

Use the written quote and agreement supplied to your hospital. The numbers below are invented arithmetic examples, not RizCare prices or an estimate of Nigerian software prices.

Do the simple calculation first

Suppose fictional Quote A asks for 30,000 naira per month. Twelve payments total 360,000 naira. Fictional Quote B asks for 300,000 naira for a year paid upfront. The difference over that period is 60,000 naira before any other charges or differences in scope.

Dividing Quote B by twelve gives a monthly equivalent of 25,000 naira. That comparison does not make it a monthly payment option. The hospital still needs to account for the actual upfront payment and the terms that apply if its plans change.

If a quoted period is shorter than a year, record that boundary. Do not multiply a temporary discount across twelve months unless the written offer actually covers all twelve.

Read what sits beside the figure

Check the included facilities, staff access, training and support. Ask whether taxes or optional services are included, and seek the responsible finance adviser's help where the treatment is unclear. Leave unknown costs marked for clarification rather than assigning zero.

Read renewal and cancellation terms as written. Ask who owns the next action and when the hospital must respond. This guide does not interpret your legal rights or recommend a financing decision; it gives the owner a way to compare the proposed arrangements clearly.
